How do I log in to Wavity?

Wavity is a multi-tenant software running in the cloud. Every organization that signs up will have their account on a Wavity sub-domain. So, the login URL for Wavity is tenant specific.

The format is: https://<tenant-name>.wavity.com where is the name chosen by the buyer of the company/organization.

|| You will find this name/URL in the Welcome email you receive from Wavity.

For example, if an organization called Acme, Inc. has chosen “acme” as their tenant name, the login URL for members of Acme, Inc. will be https://acme.wavity.com

Once you hit your tenant URL, you will be redirected to a login screen. Login with your registered email and password.

What are Collab Apps?

A Collab App is an application available only to members of a team or space for whom the app was created. An example of a Collab App is an Opportunity Management application, which only sales personnel can use to maintain information such as customer name, size of a deal, probability of close, next steps to close the deal, etc.

How do I activate my account?

When an account is created for you:

Please follow the link in the email to activate your account.

After that, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can log in with your email and password.

||| If you can’t find the invitation email from Wavity in your primary Inbox, please check all your other folders. It may have been redirected, depending on your organization’s email filters.

How do I manage my profile?

After your log in to Wavity, click on the profile icon on the top right-hand corner and select My Account from the drop-down menu.

You will see three categories in which you can set or edit information and preferences: My Profile, Security and Privacy, and Connected Account.

Free trial

If your organization is new to Wavity, you can sign up for a free trial from our website, and we will get in touch with you.

Buyer Account

If you or someone from your company/organization is already in contact with a Wavity representative, the buyer in your organization will receive an email invitation to join Wavity.

User Accounts

The buyer (super admin) of a tenant (company/organization) must first activate his/her account and can then add new users and assign administrative roles to anyone as required.
