Go to the login URL of your tenant. For example, https://acme.wavity.com (Remember to replace “acme” with the actual name of your tenant.)
You will be asked to input your email address.

If the system finds a matching email in the specified tenant, it will present two options for resetting the password:



One asks for answers to security questions you configured during your account activation;

the other asks you to verify your email address. The onscreen instructions will guide you further.
